Meet Bill McMahon, our new West Coast Support Manager, located in Southern California. Bill will be responsible for continuing development of our System training courses and documentation as well as conducting on-site and Internet training sessions for new West Coast customers. Bill will also participate in supporting all DMS customers across the US as a member of the DMS Help Desk Team.
Prior to opening the new DMS Systems West Coast Support Office in Southern California, Bill was an active member of DMS’ NC Headquarters Support & Installation Team. Bill has more than 20 years of IT management and Help Desk Support experience working with companies in the Internet and Supply Chain Industries. Educated in San Diego, CA, Bill has developed and supervised Training and Project Management solutions for major manufacturing and ERP software companies in California. Bill will be responsible for providing on-site and remote web application training services for new DMS customers in the West and to manage Web-based training courses and Help Desk applications for our Customer Support Team.
